Mint Swim 2016-A Lil Rain Won’t Hurt Nobody

Despite the weather delaying the show, the Mint Swim Fashion show still reign through.

A lil rain (well a lot) wasn’t going to stop celeb stylist, and former VH1 Basketball Wife, Draya from showcasing her 2017 Mint Collection.

 Mint Swim was the final show closing off Swim Week, and boy was this show an unforgettable one. Thirty minutes before the show’s start time, a massive storm ( more like a hurricane) came through. The fantastic staff and production quickly re-strategize and brought the show inside to the W Club.

The collection was cut in a body-hugging silhouette with many items featuring tasteful cutouts and lace up detailing — all in a pallet of bold turquoise and seasonal floral prints inspired by the 90s. My tops picks  out the whole collection would have to be the adorable  baby blue  one piece with cut out detailing and the florescent lime green one piece with sexy sheer paneling on the sides (see below).

After the show, Draya came out to give her appreciation to the supporters and press who waited despite the unforeseen circumstances.All I have to say is, after having front row seats to her amazing collection, it was certainly worth the wait.
